Pricing models
A flexible and transparent approach, built on the real needs of each project

The services offered by Gen Saudi LLC do not follow standard price lists. Each project has specific characteristics in terms of complexity, duration, resources involved, and strategic objectives.
For this reason, each economic proposal is tailor-made, taking into account the following aspects:
project complexity
level of specialization required
resources actually involved
term of office
objectives agreed with the client
Therefore, there is no predefined price list, but a transparent evaluation system based on the real value of the service.
Gen Saudi operates in both consultancy and operational services, with intervention methods that can vary significantly.
To ensure consistency between activities performed and costs incurred, we adopt different pricing models, selected based on the nature of the project.
A pricing system for complex projects
Project pricing
Project pricing is applied when the scope of activities, timelines, and resource allocation are clearly defined from the outset. The overall cost is agreed upon before the start of the project.
This model is suitable, for example, for:
feasibility studies and market analyses
incorporation of a company (LLC or Branch)
definition of entry strategies into the Saudi market
Pay-per-use pricing
When it is not possible to accurately predict the evolution of activities over time, a pay-per-use pricing model is adopted: costs are calculated based on the actual use of resources, according to an agreed-upon rate.
Invoicing is done monthly and is accompanied by detailed reporting of activities performed. This model is suitable for:
operational implementations, start-up phases, project management, temporary management
Fee-based pricing
For ongoing services, characterized by a stable and recurring commitment over time, Gen Saudi adopts a fee-based pricing model. The fee is fixed and predetermined, with monthly billing.
This model is typically used for:
Local administrative, accounting and tax management, corporate compliance and HR services, ongoing logistical or operational support

Transparency and independence
Gen Saudi does not apply commission-based compensation or success fee mechanisms, as it does not carry out sales activities on behalf of clients.
All economic relationships are governed by clear and transparent contracts, which reflect:
The real value of the resources employed
The level of specialization required
The quality of the service offered
Operate in full compliance with Saudi regulations
